The handbook was published in November 2019 and includes the most relevant contact details for victims of land use conflicts in Colombia, specifically in the Department of Meta. It is the recent product of academic and inter-institutional cooperation between researchers representing CAPAZ, Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Universidad Santo Tomás, and the University of Göttingen.
